Executive Summary

The intensive training program "Generative Artificial Intelligence in Modern Business" has successfully concluded within the framework of the TROPHY project. The initiative brought together 25 academic and administrative staff members from across the University of Belgrade and the University of Novi Sad, focusing on the responsible, secure, and highly effective integration of GenAI tools into higher education infrastructure.

Purpose and Theme

The primary goal of the training was to bridge the gap between emerging AI technologies and daily academic operations. Guided by the principle that innovation knows no boundaries, the program provided participants with the tools and frameworks needed to safely adapt large language models into their specialized institutional workflows while maintaining strict academic integrity.

The cohort engaged in comprehensive sessions designed to transform theoretical AI concepts into practical, everyday solutions. Participants focused on responsibly and effectively adapting GenAI tools to three main pillars of higher education:
